Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Venmara ("we", "us") for using Letter Verse. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

Playing the game

Letter Verse is a word game. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to install and play it on your own devices for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app, or use it for anything other than playing.

Your account

You play as a guest. Your account lives on your device, and looking after your device is how you look after your account. It is meant for one person. If you reset your progress or uninstall the app, that account and its progress are gone.

Fair play

To keep the game fair and pleasant for everyone, you agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, or tamper with the app or its network traffic to gain an advantage;
• choose a display name or a school name that is offensive, hateful, or impersonates someone else;
• try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• use the game to harass, threaten, or harm other players.

Words are checked against a fixed word list, and public names are filtered, so a name that slips through the filter can still be removed if it breaks these terms.

Content you provide

The only text you provide is a display name and, if you create one, a school name. You are responsible for what you enter, and you grant us permission to show it to other players as part of the game. We may remove any name that breaks these terms.

Ads

Letter Verse is free and supported by ads. By using the app you accept that it shows banner ads. Ads are non-personalized and limited to family-safe content. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The app, its name, its artwork, its sounds, and the word graph behind the game are owned by Venmara or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to them beyond playing the game.

Availability

We work to keep the game running, but we may update, change, pause, or stop parts of it, and the game may be unavailable from time to time. The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Venmara is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app, which for a free app is zero.

Ending access

You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is harming the service or other players.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and post the new version here. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, where Venmara is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.
